Native Beef is proper beef!

It is the best beef we have ever tasted...

It is tender, succulent and flavoursome. From the prime steaks and joints, to the stewing cuts and mince, you can really taste the difference between pasture fed carefully managed beef, and the mass market product.

The quality comes from a combination of the breed of cattle, their diet, approach to their management, and the way the beef is hung and cut.

It is farmed on the Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire borders, in the beautiful countryside a stone’s throw from London. Working mostly with Red Ruby Devon cattle, one of Britain’s oldest native breeds.

The beef is dry-aged for at least 28 days, skilfully butchered and vacuum packed
